- Compliance remained a key consideration for regulated industries: IT leaders from healthcare and pharmaceutical organisations focused on data residency, security, and governance requirements, reinforcing that compliance is now a fundamental requirement rather than a differentiator.
- Infrastructure modernisation was a common priority across industries: Conversations with leaders from energy, manufacturing, financial services, and research institutions showed that cloud transformation and infrastructure upgrades are no longer limited to technology-first organisations. They are increasingly becoming strategic business priorities across sectors.
